Gautamiputra Satakarni (English: Satakarni, son of Gauthami) is a 2017 Telugu epichistorical action film produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi & Y. Rajeev Reddy on First Frame Entertainment banner[2] and written and directed by Krish.[3] Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in title role, Shriya Saran as the female lead. The film is based on life history of 2nd century CE, Satavahana ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni. The film is a prestigious project to Nandamuri Balakrishna as his 100th film.[4][5][6][7] The trailer of the film was released.[8]
